PSI100 is a preventive puncture protection solution that effectively seals air leakage the moment it occurs and thus ensures a constant tire pressure for better operational reliability.<\/p>\n

Less downtime and lower repair costs in production
<\/strong>A puncture is not only expensive to repair, it also often involves significant indirect costs such as lost production, damaged rims and destroyed tires. With PSI100 Construction, these problems are effectively prevented. The puncture protection solution is designed to suit heavy machines (>3000kg), lower speeds (<50km\/h) and more extensive damage. Wheel loaders in exposed environments, machines in mines and quarries, logging in remote locations or agricultural work \u2013 the areas of use for this product are many.<\/p>\n

  • PSI100 Construction has a built-in puncture indicator<\/b> which can mark where a puncture previously occurred. By illuminating the tire from the outside with UV light, a fluorescent color appears in the damaged area. This can be valuable in case of major damage where inspection and follow-up is recommended.<\/li>\n
